We had our garage floor installed summer 2019. We just cleaned it in April 2020 to remove winter dirt etc. The floor looks fantastic!! We are very pleased.

We had Creative Coatings coat our garage in 2018. They were great and did all work as promised and it looked awesome. In spring of 2020 it started to peel up in numerous locations. No worries, it’s a lifetime warranty. After a few calls … More and texts..and a year later, I finally got the owner out to look at it. He stated it had to been a defect rather than floor prep. He said they would patch repair. I said I was not satisfied with that but was confident if they did patch it, that more would peel. He said he would get me on the schedule. Since that time, more has peeled, and every time I reach out, he pretends like he doesn’t remember and asks for new pics. I send him the same pics over and over. Now 2024 is approaching and it really seems like we threw thousands of dollars away. Sad part is, I know the family. By that I mean if they will ignore those referred by family, they will ignore you. They can always make it right and I’ll remove this. As of now, the ball is in their court.
